Giving Back
With humility and Midwestern values, Focal Pointe has established a reputation for giving back to the community.
From charity programs to volunteer work with schools and church groups, Focal Pointe finds great joy in helping others believe in a greater purpose and find a hopeful, inspired place within.
Season of Giving
Our fourth core value calls us to 'Inspire Communities' in ways beyond our work. During the season of gratitude, hope, and joy we make our landscape enhancements more purposeful. Any landscape enhancement purchased during the winter seasons for off-season (December through February) installations will see a 10% donation from your purchase benefit a children's charity of your choice. We would be happy to help further beautify your property, support your community, and benefit those in need during a special time of year.
Focal Pointe Charity Golf Tournament.
On May 29, 2009 the Focal Pointe family lost a dear friend and team leader, Cindy Amos, in a car accident on her way to work. Professionally, Cindy was an absolute All Star. Her humble, grateful philosophy and strong work ethic embodied the ideals of Focal Pointe. By example, Cindy quietly helped build a culture of service throughout the organization and had a strong voice in our vision of being a company that gave back to the community.
“Thank you to everyone who supported the first annual Focal Pointe Charity Golf Tournament. Your donations and support not only provided funds for college but also lifted my spirits knowing that mom was so respected and loved.”

Molly Munie, Community Service Director
Molly is a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Elementary Education. During her impactful teaching career, Molly saw first-hand what a difference stability and encouragement makes in a child’s life. Upon retiring from teaching, Molly brought her love for kids into the fabric of Focal Pointe, founding and leading the Focal Pointe Charity Golf Tournament. Under her leadership, our annual Fall event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for families and children who are working through the passing of a loved one, or a serious medical challenge. In her free time, Molly enjoys exercising, travel, and making her famous oatmeal/raisin cookies for family and friends.
