Job: Contract Administrator
Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions is seeking an energetic and organized individual to fill the Contract Administrator position in Caseyville, IL. The Contract Administrator plays a key role at Focal Pointe by helping to manage an efficient and professional sales contract process in compliance with company policies and best practices.
This individual will ensure the best sales experience by working closely with internal parties including Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations. This position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and verification of contracts and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package. The Contract Administrator will assist sales and account management with contract-related issues, and work the contract through a close process. The Contract Administrator will also assist multiple divisions of the company (plant healthcare, irrigation, and land care) with routing, scheduling, and contacting clients.
When in season, a large portion of this role will be customer service driven. Off season, this role dives more heavily into contract preparation and execution, snow preparation and execution, and preparing and training for the next season.
The position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
